CTX Technology Inc is a consulting firm specializing in the architecture, design, synthesis, and verification of ASIC's and FPGA's. We started as a DBA in 1983, transitioning to a NY State Corportation in 1990.

Our Business

We provide consultants to assist our clients in the digital IC world. Tasks we peform range digital design of small FPGA's, to verification assistance on large designs, to research assistance in cutting edge fields such as 3D-Logic.

Who We Are

Our lead consultant and founder is James Coghlan. James graduated from the prestigous Cooper Union electrical engineering program in 1981. A masters degree in Electrical Engineering followed in 1983 from Manhattan College. Additional specific tool and methodology training followed in verilog, vhdl, synopsys, and various asic vendor tools.
